1. What Stonefront Studio is
Stonefront Studio is an AI design-visualisation service: you upload a photo of a space and we generate redesigned concept images of it. Designs are creative concepts, not architectural, engineering or construction documents — always consult qualified professionals before building anything.
2. Previews, designs and credits
Analysing your photo and style recommendations are free. Generated designs are paid: a locked preview is held for 72 hours and revealed when you purchase a Design Pack or subscription. Paid plans (Plus, Pro) renew their design allowance each billing cycle; unused designs do not roll over. Design Packs are one-off purchases that do not expire. Credits are tied to your device/browser; contact us if you change devices and we'll transfer your purchase.
3. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your Stripe receipt email — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Your photos and generated designs
You keep all rights to photos you upload and confirm you have the right to upload them. You own the designs we generate for you to the maximum extent permitted; commercial use of designs requires a Pro plan. We may showcase generated designs in our marketing only with your permission.
5. Fair use
Don't upload photos of people, other people's private property without permission, or unlawful content. Automated or bulk use, reselling generations, and attempts to bypass credit limits may result in suspension. "Unlimited" on Pro is subject to fair use (currently 1,000 designs/month).
6. Service and liability
AI output varies — we don't guarantee any particular result, and a failed generation is never charged. The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page.
